From their base in the South-East, they operate across the UK and Europe, with great flexibility and equipment, accommodating anything from a single pallet to a full-size steam engine. Their fleet of vehicles include curtain-sided trailers, flatbed trailers, machinery movements, semi low loaders, ambient storage, van and trailer services, ambient storage, van and trailer service, express same-day courier, vehicle transport, tipping container trailers and fridge, chilled and frozen trailers.
What they achieved: FORS Silver
Elevation approach us to help them to acquire a FORS Silver accreditation for their fleet of 12 vehicles. The company has built its esteemed reputation for its ability to transport specialist loads. The high standards of FORS Silver will enable them to win larger contracts with more profitable contracts with organisations.
We worked closely with the Elevation management and drivers, to ensure they had a firm understanding of how to run their HGV fleet at operational performance, how to reduce costs and how to minimise the impact on the environment. We also ensured they have procedures in place to keep their fleet legal and compliant with the FORS standard.
The FORS Silver accreditation also ensures they are compliant with the CLOCS Standard for Construction Logistics and with TFL’s WRRR (Work Related Road Risk).
